Thyme Leaves
Dried thyme leaves are earthy, herbal and gently lemony, with an aroma that recalls the hills of Jordan in spring. They season roast chicken, potatoes, grilled meat, soups and tomato sauces, and they taste wonderful on bread with olive oil. Add them early in cooking so the flavour opens up.
