Ground Cloves
Strong, warm and slightly sweet, cloves have a bold aroma, so a little goes a long way. Add whole cloves to meat and chicken broths, mansaf and rice, or use ground cloves in stews, spice blends and festive ka'ak. A small amount gives dishes a rich, warming note.
