Kabseh Spices
Kabseh, also called kabsa, comes from the Arabian Peninsula, where rice is cooked together with chicken or meat in a fragrant, tomato-rich broth for family lunches and guests. Our Kabseh Spices carry the signature notes of the dish: dried lemon (loomi) gives the gentle sour depth kabseh is known for, safflower colours the rice a warm orange-gold, and cardamom, ginger and black pepper bring the fragrant warmth that fills every grain as the rice soaks up the broth.
