Shish tawook, cubes of marinated chicken grilled on skewers, is a favourite at Levantine grill houses and family barbecues. Our Shish Tawook Spices are built for its yoghurt and lemon marinade: paprika gives the chicken its warm red-orange colour, mustard adds the tangy kick the dish is known for, cumin, allspice and cloves bring savoury warmth, and ginger, nutmeg and white pepper keep the flavour bright on the grill.
