Coarse freekeh
Freekeh is young green wheat that is roasted over fire, an ancient Levantine food with a deep, smoky taste. Unlike fine freekeh, our coarse freekeh has larger grains that stay firm and chewy, ideal for cooking as a main dish with chicken or meat, or as a stuffing. Rinse it, then simmer in broth until tender, like rice.
